    I train 3 on, 2 off like Rado...

    Day1: chest and shoulders
    Day2: bi's and tri's
    Day3: legs, back, traps
    Day4: rest
    Day5: rest
    repeat.....
    I bend but I do not break.

      I like 4 on one of. I force myself to take an extra day off once in a while, on cycle or off. only you can be honest with yourself about whether you are training hard.....
