It has long been my goal to demonstrate that steroid use cannot only occur without causing any harm, it can actually benefit us in lengthening our life-span and increasing our quality of life.

**** I guess I have to ask why you are taking the time to write this? And, if your going to put the effort into writing a scientific research paper, why would you not cite your sources within the text of the paper. I'm not trying to flame you bro.... but I teach at the college level, and there are certain items that must be present in a research paper for it to ever be considered legitimate. The primary item is where you acquired your information. I think it sounds good, but if your going to put forth all this effort, take the time to show your sources. This way, no one can argue with you!

What do you think that long list of references is at the back ? Pretty letters for the crossword ?

And if you are referringto fonz's argument, I actually provided no less than three studies in defense of guggulsterones.

        Again.

You're a victim of trying to extrapolate from studies.

REAL WORLD resulsts have shown Guggulsterones don't do a thing for T4-T3 conversion.

If they did, your temperature would remain stable during diets...which it doesn't. It drops.

The only natural supplemment capable of keeping STABLE T3 and T4 levels during a diet is 7-oxo-DHEA.

You can post as many studies as you want. Its not going to change the fact you're WAY behind the times.

I'd actually take you seriously if you had actually taken a digital thermometer and measured your morning temperature on various Guggul containing products.

              See, I did..so I know what I'm talking about.

You on the other hand are just another inflated ego...with nothing to back it up with.

Nobody cares about your article b/c its old..very old.

B-O-R-I-N-G. I've read those studies a zillion times.

              Hope that sinks in.

Actually they are both extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They just come from opposing viewpoints. From what I've noticed Fonz is on the front lines of experimenting with new ideas that are contrary to the old school approach to cycling and post-cycle therapy. Some of his theories on differents AAS make a lot sense too. A good example of that would be his theory on Fina as a fat burning catalyst. Prior to that I've always been under the impression that AAS had no fat buring attributes but they way Fonz laid it out at EF makes perfect sense.

When it comes to post-cycle therapy Big Cat's approach on how to properly use using Nolva, clomid and HCG is well-documented is very effective. Beforehand, I had always done HCG at 500IU's for 20 the last two weeks of my cycle and into my post-cycle prior to clomid therapy. For clomid therapy I would 300mg's the first day, 100mg's for the next 10 days and 50mg's for the following 10 days. Big Cat's idea of 3000/3000/1500/1500iu's every 5 days worked very well for me. He also made some suggestions on adjusting the dosage for both Nolva and Clomid that were contrary to what I've been used to. I plan to implement those ideas post-cycle.

IMO if you plan on taking this somwhere other than the boards - remove idiots and other phrases like it if there are any. and replace with uninformed or biased or uneducated. Your smart youll think of somthing. But if your trying to get people to be open minded you dont want to piss them off

That's actually older than I am. I mentioned it in my fina profile, and it was based on research that was collected when I was still a kid.

His only innovative idea, was to start pushing r-ALA. And I'm sure that had a lot to do with its 'effectiveness' and fonz's 'charitable heart'.

i'm not trying to get people to be open minded. That's virtually impossible. I'm only presenting info for those that wish to use it because I feel strongly about correct information being available so people can live their life healthily, whether they chose to do steroids or not.

If someone choses to neglect that or ignore it because of the language I use, that is their loss, not mine. I will not lose sleep because someone chose to ignore sane advice.

Big Cat's style is very informative and most entertaining as he has a tendency to not candy coat things. Most people respect that about him, at least I do. He certainly does have a way with words, which makes for great discussions.

                            LOL

Shows just how little you know.

Kind of funny that a "guru" on supplementation does not look at non-adrenergic means of nutrient partitioning.

I back up what works. if it doesn't.....i'll steamroll right over it.

I can sit here and theorize and postulate etc... but in the end I haven't really done anything to further the science of bodybuilding.

Thats the difference between an engineer(me) and a scientist(you).

I like to put my theories into practice whenever I can.

Noted. And I do realize its better for everyone if I could behave like an adult and walk away, but I don't think I will, so I don't want to dissappoint anyone ...
