      Yeah i didnt read your whole post, I lowered m carbs 125g, and Im very tired and have the attention span of a 5 year old with ADD. Got the Cliff Notes version?

        I suggest dropping the offhand comments in the final draft. Lines like "can you say limp dick?" - or - "ever try to get rid of love handles" - or - "stay puffed mashmallow man" take away from what otherwise is a well-written piece. Although I do like the marshmallow man comment.

        If you do decide to keep them - its stay puft.

                    Profer means suggest, dunno if it is spelled with one f or two though.

                    There are a shitload of syntax errors in there as well, but as said earlier, just completed it today, hasn't had the benefit of proofreading yet.
