Anavar dosage question

What have you experienced or seen as proper dosage.

I've seen 20-40mg/day while others indicate 80-100mg/day.

I had always been in the school of 20-40 but what I'm reading about the higher dosage leads me to believe it may be beneficial to run a heavier dose daily.

20-80mg/day is what is being prescribed for AIDS waisting patients along with burn victims.

Please share your thoughts.

I think I'm gonna run 100/day.

What type of results? Hardening and strength?

Did you run for 4 or 6 weeks?

Did you split your doses over the day to keep your blood levels consistant?

Back in he day many years ago I used var all the time and I used 100mg back then and had great results. Now you dont have to use that much try 60-70. I had done vary many many times at different dosages before I went up that high. Make sure you get some liv52 or some kind of liver protector. Yes var is safe but even at that high of dose it can affect your ast and alt in your liver. Drink plenty of water and stay away from the booze

got very hard and defined some strength i went 8 weeks i split the does into breakfast lunch and dinner doses but i was on find and prop alot of cardio and very lean diet good luck

I got lots of Liv 52 stocked up so should be ok with liver. Drinking 2+ gallons of water per day and not really having any booze.

I think I'm gonna run it close to 100mg/day (based on my current weight) with prop/fina/eq also gonna run some Clen/T3 the 1st 3 weeks.

Good to hear.

I've got some Masteron but I think I'm going to wait until the end of the cycle to add it in. Take out the Eq, add in the Masteron and run it alongside some Prop, Fina and Winny.

My goal is to be around 4-6%BF at that time.

I got lots of Liv 52 stocked up so should be ok with liver. Drinking 2+ gallons of water per day and not really having any booze..

Throw the Liv52 in the trash. It's garbage. NAC and ALA is what you want for liv support. You can also add in a few hundred mgs of R-ALA as well. 80-100g/day on the var for 8-10 weeks will do fine.

I use 15mg which is considered a good dosage for a woman..I get a nice solid gain and the lean mass is also solid and will stay longer than most any oral I take. It is also a good aas for immunity so for me that is a good thing. I usually never take it alone but with an injectable like Primo or NPP. One of the best orals in my opinion even for guys, cuz there is a low affinity for liver damage and the myth that it is very weak is an understatement.

i've gotten good results off of 40mgs for 9 weeks i think 50-60 would be enough for me anyways
