        ^exactly. one usually expereiences doms from one of two things. one being that you're not conditioned and not used to weight weather it be 135lbs on bench or 405. two is, you're moving up in weight each session therefore causing more muscle tears. of those 2, the latter is why you may always be sore after trianing while on. did that make sense at all? lol

          I have been doing pyramids lately, for a change. Don't get me wrong, I love being sore. And for the record, I knew why, I was trying to engage you guys in conversation...lol

              i agree...my workouts get way more intense...my working weights go way up, and the doms stay the same...i dont care what your on or not on, if you work to the maximum of your ability, then push it over the edge, your gonna be sore....

                i think abomb's answer is correct. when i am deconditioned im sore all the time no matter what. but when im in shape and on i dont even k now i worked out he day before

                  i agree, conditioning has alot to do with it. i havent been to the gym in about 6 weeks due to some personal issues. im back tho
