^exactly. one usually expereiences doms from one of two things. one being that you're not conditioned and not used to weight weather it be 135lbs on bench or 405. two is, you're moving up in weight each session therefore causing more muscle tears. of those 2, the latter is why you may always be sore after trianing while on. did that make sense at all? lolOriginally posted by kite View PostCould also be that while "on" you're training with more intensity and more weight leading to more micro tears in the muscle.
