    Re: Anger at the gym

I don't think "we" can insinuate this particular gym has ppl that all use aas can we?, so i don't really get how it would really offend anyone. I can wear a shirt that says something much worse and it is just freedom of speech. Yes, it may offend, but what can you do? Just ignore it bro. 5'11" 190 depending on the individual may be too lean, but if he has good muscle mass and low bf he may look very good. Alot of us really need to calm down and take a deep breath, lol! One thing i know about aas, it can set some ppl off very quickly.

Kinda like my t-shirt that says "Fu-ck genetics I'll decide my potential" or another one from Iron Asylum Gym that says "Kiss the bricks motherfukker". I kinda like shirts that say fukk, but the gym is the only place I can really wear them, lol!

Exactly my point Kite. I wasn't going to describe the wording on mine tho, lol! Actually my wife has some pretty...i don't how you put it..."descriptive" t-shirts, lol..I think most men would find them intriguing, while some or most women would find them offensive, lol!, but she doesn't care, and i tell her "Hey babe if its how you feel, go for it", lol!

I am a senior member on IAs board. Awesome info there if explosive strength and pure size is ur goal.
Its where i got the idea for my routine. I put some serious weight on the bar once i tossed all the isolation exercises and high volume.

                Re: Anger at the gym

The whole point I WAS making was that it seemed this guy was starting ****.Maybe I was paranoid and I know its just a shirt but I and MANY OF THE PEOPLE IN MY GYM were under the impression he was ****ting on us. Yes most gyms do have people that use gear but look at it this way are there more people who use in say a gym that is catered to cardio workers mainly girls or arre there more people that use in say an old skool gym like Golds Gym venice. The gym I work out at is a Hardcore Gym where most people stay to themselves and train their aces off. I happened to see the dude with the shirt as I was leaving the gym with my buddies. Its not that I felt inadiquate, cuz thats the farthest thing from the truth. What I think was that alot of people get mad because people who use make better gains than people who dont and the "SO CALLED NATURAL" people get mad when people lift heavier weights. Ive seen it too many times to recall before I started gear, and when most people are bigger than this guy in the gym he has to let people know theyre bigger but I'm ALL NATURAL. Sort of like saying fuk you to the other people who are obvious users. I mean the shirt probably made himself feel better which is good, and I too am glad he is training and in the gym, but if your mad people are bigger and lift heavier weights do something about it or keep to yourself.

I can't imagine why anyone would get so pissed off about that shirt. I wouldn't have given it a second thought. anyone remember those "drug free body" t-shirts back in the late 80's?
