Ok I dont knock anyone for being so called natural but i do have to get this off my chest. I was in the gym today and I saw this guy wearing a shirt that said "ALL NATURAL" on the back. OMG did this anger me. First of all he was in the wrong gym to be wearing THAT kind of shirt second this guy was about 5 foot 11 about 190lbs at the most. From the looks of it he didnt have that much fat but he looked liked one of those people that it takes 2 years to gain a pound of lean mass. I mean seriously if ur all natural that means all natural, which I consider no supplements besides vitamins. Other than that there is more research on steroids than there is on these new hormone fuks that these "ALL NATURAL" people use. I dont go around to people bragging abut my size; these people shouldnt go around bragging that they have only gained 10 lbs in 4 years and have spent thousands of dollars on muscletechs "all natural" supplements!, and then wear a shirt that says all natural. Sorry this angered me and I had to get it off my chest.

Re: Anger at the gym
if the guy looks natural Then he is natural I guess. Wouldnt bother me. If he said hey you juice head that **** will kill ya then it might bother me. LOL Different strokes you know. If you would rather take over the counter stuff and train natural then more power to ya. Only thing like this I dont care for is when champions go around preaching about being natural, come on, you just know how to beat the test. Like Um skip lacour. I think he is on the all natural kick or use to be. Anyway,my thoughts.

Re: Anger at the gym
lol. I guess but it seems like he is saying look at me, im natural. Also it does seem like he is putting down people that do juice. And when you arent that big you shouldnt be bragging. Could be just my diet too that is making me angry and irritable with everything.

Re: Anger at the gym
I can see how that might piss you off. But you need to put yourself in his shoes to wonder why he is wearing that.
Alot of guys (myself included) used to be pathetically small, like I'm talking could probably win the Mr. Punyverse title. Now they are extremely bigger (when comparing to the starting size) and people assume they took steroids to get that big, so he gets sick of people saying he took steroids which is why he wears that shirt.
I gained 70lbs over about 2yrs and never touched a steroid in my life. Everyone that knew me years ago think I did steroids to get so much bigger. It gets frustrating when you bust your azz and people accuse you of cheating to get bigger. No disrespect to those that do use.

Re: Anger at the gym
It doesn't bother me. If he is all natural, then more power to him. What would be funny is if he buys supplements that claim to give you "steroid like" gains. It's like he wants to get the same gains that steroids would give him, but he'd rather take an imitation instead of the real thing so he keeps his moral values?

Re: Anger at the gym
I know a few people that wear shirts like that. They get on their high horse about not taking any supplements except for creatine and protein and look down at the people who even use over the counter supplements. It really doesnt bother me though since no one can stand the people. I would rather look the way I look and they would reather look like crackwh*res or nicole richie LOL everyone has different goals I guess. As long as he isnt saying anything it shouldnt be a big deal
