Hey all, I am new to steroids and wanted to do a lot of research before making any decisions. Lots and lots of research. What is the best cycle for a beginner? By beginner I mean no steroid use at all.
I have used prohormones in the past such as M1T and 4AD and loved it. I also use creatine, and my protein intake is 4 meals a day of REAL food. I'm not a fan of bars and powders. Fish, chicken, and an occasional lean steak are always in the mix. Eggs and rice usually for breakfast too.
My primary goal is to gain a lot of strength , and my secondary goal is to have the leanest gains as possible that can be kept. Obviously I would like to get some muscle size too
I have a few friends recommend dbol + win, or deca + win. Oh, and one other stipulation I have is that I cant bloat too much because I wear dress shirts and dont really want to buy bigger ones because my neck wont button. Sounds like a dumb problem, but its a problem nonetheless. I ran into that with some b.s. product last summer and that wasn't fun; I forget what it was called though.
Other stats that might help are I'm 6' tall and weigh 225 lbs. I dont know my bf %. I do cardio of some sort every morning like jogging or walking/ sprinting. I'd have no preference how I administered the product.
Anyway back to my original question... what would be the best stack or single steroid to use for a beginner? And just as importantly, what pct
do you recommend? During the whole cycle and for a while after I would take milk thistle and cranberry pills to keep me healthy.
