  • Tribute to IA

just thought i would let you all know some results i have gained thru IA's workout, i started 8 weeks ago (or there abouts) i was pretty much out of shape, and carrying alot of bf (about 20%) and weighed around 175lb just 8 weeks on, i am up to 193 lb down to 11% bf and have a pretty good shape. my bench was pretty bad at a poor 198lb and i never did squats or deads, now im squatting 320lb and my best dead was 386lb, his guidance was even more remarkable seeing as i live in the uk, the time difference is huge!! but any time i had a problem or needed some advice, he was always there to help, much respect to the man we call IRON ADDICT.

Thanks bro, i owe you so much!!!!

i used epherdrine for about 4-5 weeks but i kept my protein levels high and carbs low, IA really does guide you through everything, i dont get any thing for doing this appart from mutual respect, he has shown me so much and if there is any thing i can do to help him then so be it.

yes bro go to the website that stout just gave you and tell him that you got wind of him through me, no doubt he'll have a chuckle to him self, he really is good, my one rep max bench has gone from 253lb to 342lb, my strentgh has increased 10fold, you wont be dissapointed and the price is very reasonable aswell. def worth having a look
