    Who the hell are you referring to as "beach body steroid users"? And when did you become an expert? What have you done, 1...2... cycles? I'm almost certain I read you post that you only did one cycle in your life. I may be wrong about that but I know one thing for sure, it's idiots who have no experience that go around giving bad advice. Just because some dudes weigh over 250 say take a shitload doesn't make them right. I've been upto 244, that's only 6 pounds from 250 and I was only taking 250 mg/wk of sust. That's it! The only people who need overkill amounts of juice are ones with piss poor training and dieting techniques. You even posted once that people could achieve whatever they wanted with the right training and diet and now you contradict yourself by saying the only way to get bigger is to take obscene amounts of gear. Why don't you pick one side and stick with it?

      oh btw... why the hell would i save my blood tests just so i could post the up to prove that 17aa isnt that liver toxic? like i said again, i know many of people who have ran dbol and other 17aa 14, weeks, 20 weeks, with very little problem.. actually cholesterol has been more of a cocern w/ drol/dbol than liver..... oh and og post this post on a board where the big guys are.. not bb.com and other sites where the little dudes who think they know everything are.

        dont 1.5 cyles about... i agree you can look good w/o doing gear, but i think the MAJORITY of big guys use big doses.. the guys that can handle low doses and still be big are genetically gifted to handle gear well...

        and 244 and lean ? or 244 and chunky/fat? there's a HUGE difference... anything over 225 and 15%+ bf never impresses me... good job u got fat

        and i'm little myeslf.. only 195 (a lb or two under naked, but lean).. but through reading i can see the difference betweent he monsters and the guys who just want to look good on the beach.

        lets look at some examples

        look at the size of big mike, leanness, and muscle density.. look at his doses

        look at sven, and his doses

        look at RADO and his doses

        look at space and his doses

        do you see a trend? not knocking anyone, but it seems the bigger guys usually take bigger doses... im not saying its healthy or good for you, im just saying

          244 and about 12-15%. I forget, but far from fat. Anyways, that means my lean body mass was between 207 and 215. Now, if my LBM is over 200 pounds and I can grow from 250 mg/wk then I would imagine some guy who's is less than 200 pounds could grow from the same. But lets say they are a hard gainer, they still don't need 8 times the amount of gear to compensate for it.

          Now, Go back and read your posts: http://www.fitnessgeared.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=52285 you clearly say that YOU think people can gain mass without gear, now you are recommending one of the highest doses I've ever seen on this board to a guy with only 5 cycles under his belt. That makes no sense. And if you remember, he crossed the 200 mark and then some but personal problems caused him to drop a lot of weight. He just wants to beat his previous best.

            i do agree... and stick w/ it... you dotn need gear to build a big physique...that is so broad though... Do you think im going ogt get where sven and big mike are naturally? NO.. but im not gonna be a stick either

            this guy wants to get to 225... i doubt these light cycles will get him there... im not saying its healthy or anything like that either.

              Where are your test results I always see you talking about? You have done one cycle so IF you even have had blood tests it was one time. IF you have done blood tests.

                A LITTLE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE FROM A 250+ POUNDER, I GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL AT 5'-11 189lb. AND 20% BF IN 1997, PRIOR TO MY 1st AND PREVIOUS CYCLE THAT I JUST FINISHED I WAS 248lb 18% BF AND BENCHING MORE THAN 200lbs MORE THAN I WAS IN 1997 FOR AN EXAMPLE OF STRENGTH ALL MY STRENGTH WENT UP PROPORTIONALLY THROUGHOUT MY BODY. SO THATS 50+lbs. 2% LESS BODY FAT OVER A 7 YEAR PERIOD W/OUT GEAR. THANKS THATS IT.

                  OWE YA AFTER MY LAST AND FIRST CYCLE I GAINED A SOLID 10lbs AND DROPPED DOWN TO 16% BF. JUST TO MENTION.

                      im not sayin 17aa wont cause a problem.

                      and for the LAST fucking time i havent saved ANY of m y 5 test that ive gotten throughout 2 years....and i dont care if i have to prove them to anyone.... i did a cycle of all dbool for 8 weeks and the next dbol and drol/test... my very last i only ran six weeks and stopped immediately and im not even gonna count it b/c i didnt keep a thing..., tests came back fine every time, kidneys and all... the only problem was cholesterol which was easily fixable (naturally i might add)

                      in my opinon space should be trainin natty like me, and my buddy rado, but out of 100 times u tell someone to train natty 0 times they listen... im still sticking 2 grams of test go for it

                        back to the cycle plan..i like t-mans idea.. only bump up the test to 750mg/week and throw in dbol or drol again towards the end (personal pref).

                          I too have made good gains while not on. There was a time when I got in trouble and went to boot camp. The only fed us 2,500 cals a day and made us do PT every morning and then go do physical work all day. I shrunk down to 180 pounds. (this was a long time ago). But 90 days of hard work, little food and very little protein will eat muscle like crazy. Anyways, when I got out I was skinny as all hell. I went from that weight all the way up to 215-220 without any gear. I did it over a few years and I only went up about 4% in body fat. So, it is possible, but for most it's not. Hell, when I was in HS I weighed 140 the first day of ninth grade and walked out about 190-195. That 50+ pounds in 4 years. I did one, only one, cycle of prop in the 11th grade for like 4 weeks. We only took 2 cc's a week and we didn't do any pct so I wouldn't contribute more than 5, maybe 10, pounds of those gains to the prop. My think was eat eat eat and eat some more. I ate something after ever second class. 1/2 tuna sanwhich, 1/2 pb&j, protein bar, something. I ate probably 7-8 meals a day in HS. I also was way ahead of the program. While everybody in HS was training every body part 2-3 times a week, I was only training each body part once. I don't know of one guy who out gained me in HS. So, maybe it is genes with me, maybe that why I can gain from so little gear, or maybe I just know how to train my body.

                              I don't have any prob telling people to train naturally, I have a problem with people who train like gear users when they are natural. They will go in and do 4 sets of 5 exercises for a little muscle like biceps. WTF? It's your bicep, the very same muscle you work on back day. It's bery hard for people to let go of the 'more is better' thought process. More is only more, it's not always better.
