    I don't know if your post is directed towards me or not, but...

    A) I didn't say you were disrespecting anyone intentionally. However, you did insinuate (knowingly or unknowingly) that those that use don't work hard, or as hard as those that don't.

    B) Similar gains cannot be had naturally. Results from even the weakest of cycles would be more than one could attain naturally. Steroids/performance enhancement drugs work, period. That's why so many professional athletes use them.

    C) I never disrespect anyone. I have respect for anyone that breaks their balls in the gym, whether they use or not.

      Alright guys the flames and attitudes on this thread ceases right now if you can't have a nice simple discussion then this thread will be locked and I'll be sending out warnings to all parties involved do I make myself clear on this.

        I was just asking a question....I guess that is what happens when on test. LOL...Nobody answered, really though. I never said "on" guys worked more or less...I just was saying that you could work hard "on" and work hard "off"...with the "off" guys working longer to get similar gains to their "on" friends. Oh, well...forget it.

          That wasn't directed towards one person bro it's just a warning to all who decide to cop an attitude which won't be tolerated so you all can discuss this but rationaly not flaming that is all.

            Listen, if you want strength gains without the use of AS then always work out with 85% max of weight on everything, take 2-3 minute rest between sets, don't wear any kind of straps(this way you know what you're relly holding, not the strap), take a good multi-V, inject Vit-B12(it's legal) for hunger, drink green tea(about a half gallon a day or more), get you some creatine, glutamine and VitB6.

            You need to also get around 9hrs of sleep no less, work out with a 2 on 1 off routine. Work only 1 body part per day, not bi's and tri's together. I always work out this way along with what I said and I have a good amount of strength for my size compared to other's bigger than me. I always concentrate on heavy weights rather than the 10-12 rep routine.

            Make sure before you work out, you stretch(warm up) for a good 5-10 minutes, most people don't do this, and trust me, you'll benefit a great deal from it. I hope this helps and don't sweat the small stuff kid, just let it go in one ear and out the other

                Hey bro, no hard feelings...

                I thought I did answer your question though. The motivation to use is simple---breaking past plateaus & breaking past genetic limitations. I respectfully disagree with the notion that it's possible to get similar gains naturally. Why do Bonds, Giambi, Sheffield, etc. use? Steroids have little or nothing to do with increasing one's ability to hit a baseball, however add an extra 10-15 ft (with juice) and all of a sudden those warning track shots are homers.

                      Did I say you did,where in my post did I say you copped an attitude but it seems you are doing it right now so don't push your luck dude.

                          This thread isn't going anywhere.

                          PL465, start a new thread if you want. As for my 2 bits.. steroids will allow you to reach goals that you could never acheive naturally. Wether it's strength, size, or mass it all holds true. True most people start using steroids when they have yet to reach the most that they could naturally. To give you an idea.. on my 1st cycle, the gains I made in 3 months were more than what I had gained in the previous 3 years of training.

                          Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.
