      I smell bullshit. 135 to 320 for 10 reps in 9 months - not gonna happen. Also, if you are doing 320 for ten, you should be maxing out at around 425.

                      330 is nothing to sneeze at. I've been working out 28 years just to get 8 at 275. Lot's of people do that naturally. I can only do that with juice.

                        95# for me i can rep it 3X.






















                        i dont max on bench it hurts my shoulders and elbows also i use dumbells instead of bar. on db i workout with 95-100# db for 8-10 reps 4 sets. my chest is a weak part of my body but its coming along slowly

                          im just like u bro, i like benching but i never bench any more, my chest is my weak spot and the only way i can make it grow is to use dbls to really work them.

                            460lbs at 19? A friend of mine plays in the NFL and is a starting center, in college he set the school record with 460lbs. In high school he won 2nd in the nation as a junior and was not even benching 400....of course they combined his squat and dead on that one. All I'm saying is that you should have some sort of national record if you can bench 460 at 230lbs and 5'-10" age 19. I know one guy that benched 505lbs at age 21, but he was 6' 280lbs and a freak. Plus he broke the state dead, squat, bench record by 130lbs. I'm not trying to call you out or anything, just would like to know if you have set a record with that.
