And to expand I dont think time on=time off approach works when your cycles get shorter. Just because you where only on for 4-5 weeks doesnt mean your body will be ready to go in 4 weeks.
"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination
alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."

js's second response was right on. The gear isnt going to be as effective if u go back on too soon and its putting a real lot of stress on ur body. i realize u were on a really long cycle i def suggest u give ur body 3 months off.

I think he hangs out on that new board www.ironbodybuilding.com more often now. It's a pretty nice board...you should check it out sometime.

I understand a lot of the NO answers, but guys, you HONESTLY think it would be better to not come off at all?? I guess i'm just surprised, i thought even a short amount of time OFF would have been better than to just keep running gear for even more of a extended time.
Yep, thats right, i'm a monkey and you're not.

I think off time is only beneficial if you at least allow for your natural test production to come back, otherwise you might as well stay on. Less than 6 to 8 weeks is probably pointless.

So to answer your question, a 4 week break has no benefit IMHO.
I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

i think it's better than nothing, but a longer break would be better

if ur gonna do it, def use hcg. it will help u come back quicker. then i'd run both clomid and nolva the entire 4 week break at a higher dosage than is usually recomended when taking a longer break
