And to expand I dont think time on=time off approach works when your cycles get shorter. Just because you where only on for 4-5 weeks doesnt mean your body will be ready to go in 4 weeks.

"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination
alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."

I understand a lot of the NO answers, but guys, you HONESTLY think it would be better to not come off at all?? I guess i'm just surprised, i thought even a short amount of time OFF would have been better than to just keep running gear for even more of a extended time.Yep, thats right, i'm a monkey and you're not.

I think off time is only beneficial if you at least allow for your natural test production to come back, otherwise you might as well stay on. Less than 6 to 8 weeks is probably pointless.
So to answer your question, a 4 week break has no benefit IMHO.I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.
I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.
