Is taking only 4 weeks OFF after running short acting esters like Prop, Fina and D-bol benefical?

My answer would be Yes for sure.

Just use the time on = time off standard. No need in getting back on too soon imo.

To reitterate on that...don't just consider how fast acting the aas you used are. You need to consider that your body's natural test production was shut down and your receptors were worn. It takes time to fully recover from all this. Imho you should give yourself a few months...get those natural levels back up and those receptors refreshed (as best they can that is). No need to hurry bro, get the most out of your money...you will be happier in the long run.

Its just i have been on almost a year straight and feel i need to come off for atleast a little while for my own sanity! I was using those compounds listed above and have already started PCT.... i dont want to be off long because of a comp i have coming up in April.... I might consider extending it to 6 weeks....

True. I appreciate you explaning your post better. I just dont want to get a ton of time on=time off. But i do appreciate your post. I more want to know is it benefical at all? Maybe not %100 effcient, but better than nothing type of deal.

I see what you mean. I think you need to talk to someone like bdtr. Sorry bro, I thought maybe you were new to gear and wanted to do a cycle back to back with minimal time off. You have a totally different situation here. Ask bdtr though...I think he can help. Good luck.

History with gear is this.... first cycle 3 years ago. that year i did one or two short cycles.... Next year i was on for about 7 months out of the yeat and this past year, havent came off.

You stay on them pretty long huh. I personally would take breaks, it's a lot safer and healthier on your body.
