    is it useless to use winny at like 14%bf ? how many of u guys like winny?

    it isn't useless. you will still harden up and get stronger, ect. but it works better at lower bf% to help emphasis that

          Since winny binds poorly to AR it's quite possible that it will bind well to fat cells. Not a good thing if you want to cut. Winny will work but you have to up the dose, 50mg/day won't cut it, pardon the pun.

                  i had ok bf loss on winny , it does great things for you muscle hardness , and decent strength. imo i would research more and use something like trem.

                        its awesome even at 14...maybe just cut the carbs down a bit, like 1g per pound.. up the protein to 2-3g and cardio(RUN OR STAIRMASTER BIKE SUX) 3x a week in morning for 30 mins.

                        i had great results... lost about 25 pounds of fat i didnt know I had, gained about 12 of clean muscle, worked hard as shit, and for the first time in my life I have abs =)

                            I think why some people didnt like their results from winny is their expectations. winny will defenitly harden your muscles, but if you got a big layer of fat over those muscles, then its not gonna show the results as well.

                              I used 75mg's a day with test & Fina @ 15% and it was awsome. Hard as a damn rock, helped lean me out more IMO.
