I was just saying that it was a possibility, I haven't heard anything to make me beleive either is better. I just see a lot of people gravitating towards R-ALA lately. If it helps, my doctor suggested Milk Thistle not R-ALA so MT definitely has his stamp of approval.

Actually I was just asking goliath since he said r-ala is better.
Sorry I cant be of more help in your current situation. Although in the future have all your stuff ready before you start so you can drop your cycle if necassary. I would start on at least 2 liver detoxifiers today.

Sorry, I've been away for a while. Now that you posted your numbers I'm less concerned. If your bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase levels are normal, I think you can handle two more weeks. I'm not convinced you need milk thistle, but it can't hurt.

I am taking milk thistle and I picked up some ALA today. I had a choice between ALA and RLA but I didn't know whether RLA is the same as R-ALA so I grabbed the ALA. I am also drinking a lot of water and will be going to test suspension, nolvadex, and clomid in two weeks. thanks for your help. I wish they had liver enzyme testers like the glucose meters for diabetics, it would be great to be able to test your levels any time you wanted easily.
