  • Dont you all ever think about the health risks of roids in the future

I dont know why but my mom knows I juice and she got me thinking cause she goes "If something happens to u its all your fault". Im worried about increasing chances of heart attcks, enlarged prostate, cholesterol, things like that. Dont u all ever think of this too.

Yes bro I think about it all the time, but you will find you won't get many responses around here about possible negative effects of steroids......

Unfortunatly NO. I'm in the prime of life, enjoying it. I will never be in my 20's again. I'm gonna make the most of it. Even if it means pinning myself everyday

I have been thinking about it and I havent even had a real cycle. Thats why when I do my cycles im going to try to stick to steroids that are a little safer then others. Hence the reason why my first real cycle is going to be equipoise/anavar since they are both low in sides.

you should be conscious about the risks, especially long term. that's why you get your blood work once in a while and you should follow advice of the vets (that still around healthy). unfortunately we're all living for the short success and the flash we can get out of it and as recent threads with unbelievable dosages show, no ones really resists to the temptations. i still try to maintain my safeties, even if it means to not get that big. wtf, i'm strong and i'm sure as hell mean

I think when you are on for 26 or 52 weeks straight you have a problem!

Well i look at it this way, if i wasnt tryign to eat right and be fit, and using steroids, i woudl still be doing drugs, its the lesser of two evils.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

                    CJWolf,

If you already believe that you will have problems in the future because of what you are doing now why can't you stop it then?

Would you have to wait until something serious happens?
Beauty is only skin deep - unless you have some good muscle underneath.
                    Then it goes much deeper.

Heart disease runs in my family so I know AS will increase the chance of possible heart problems in the future, but my long term goals as far as bodybuilding goes compells me to use AS. I guess it's a personal choice we have to make. We don't talk about it much, but the side effects of AS are there and they are real whether some choose to believe it or not. Don't get me wrong, the media blows things way out of proportion but the obvious long term sides when thinking about liver, kidneys, and heart problems are definitely there.

I sometimes have concerns, but then I look to the bodybuilders of the past who are still alive and well, such as Arnold and Lou Ferigno(sp?) and a host of others. Most are alive and well. Besides, most side effects seem to be temporary. But I was thinking about this the other day:

How many years would you be willing to sacrifice off the end of your life to have the body that you've always wanted now? 5? 10? 20?

But anyway, I don't feel like I'm posing any major health risks to myself, especially considering that bodybuilding has caused me to develop proper eating habits, which I'm sure I will continue for the rest of my life. I'll only juice for a few more years. Once I'm married, it's over.

                            No.

I have made informed decisions based on FACTS not OPINIONS, like a steak and a lowenbrau in life it doesn't get any better than that.

Approx. 110 people died last year due to reactions from.........................aspirin, proving there are risks with everything.

Personally I'll take AS over sugar each and every day.

Also, happen to agree with prolangtum, lesser of many evils.

                            Good Luck
