Question about estrogen blockers , plz help

I will be doing a cycle Sustanon 250 100mg Sunday and 100 mg Wednesday

When do I take estrogen blockers?

I was told on Wednesdays
And someone told me after every shot
And someone told me every other day

Plz assist

Are you gyno sensitive? I would not take them unless you need them. That is a fairly low dose and the majority of folk will do fine without any sarm or serm. Selective androgen receptor modulators or Selective estrogen receptor modulators.

Also 3x shot a week is best to maximize the short esters in the blend.

jipped nailed it but i would say do freaking labs pls. estro control meds are one of the harshest compounds that are used in cycles and just throwing them in haphazardly is irresponsible. not to mention lowering estro to low will not only cause heart issues but a nightmare of other problems as well. good on you for going on the lower end of dosing with your sust though

Thanks for the answers, so it's better to take it once a week as in the last day of my shot for the week.
Should I increase the mg when you say take it three times a week, or keep it in the 200mg

There is a lot of additional info we need to know in order to provide some help bro.

Which estrogen blocker are you planning on using? The timing and dosage will be different depending on which one you are deciding to use.

Also, that is a low dosage of test to be throwing in some estrogen blockers. Do you have a history of gyno from low dose cycles? The last thing you want to do is drop your estro too low. It can have a deleterious effect on your gains and most importantly on your health.

In my opinion, I would switch the test to a single long esther like enanthate or cypionate. I think that would be better with just two injections per week and probably a little easier to control estro issues. You might find you don't even need an estro blocker with that and can keep them on hand just in case.
