  • what's up?

hey guys I used to be a regular on this board but I've had some really messed up things happened to me over the last 2 years when covid hit I lost a tremendous amount of money and investments it was horrible the gyms closed so I couldn't train. I was so depressed I went into a horrible depression and so did a lot of other people. I finally came out of that. I got myself some adjustable dumbbells from Europe that go up to 80 pounds I can train my chest my arms and my shoulders but I couldn't do my back and my legs is not enough weight.
I also had to have a cornea transplant. I have a very rare eye condition and it progressed to the point that they had to put a dead person's cornea in my eye. I was laid up but now I'm training again and I'm actually doing pretty well the picture I posted below I took this afternoon after I trained so I'm getting there.

thanks for the compliment bro but really I haven't been ever since covid hit in March of 2020 I have barely trained it's only been the last 4 months I've really been back because first covid hit the gym's closed so obviously I couldn't trade for 3 months then I got some adjustable dumbbells that went up to 80 lb so I was able to train some of my body parts but if you can't do legs are back with 80 pounds. then I needed a cornea transplant of all things which was horrible I needed them to take out my cornea and put a dead person one in and I'm still recovering from that I can only see out of my left eye that's why sometimes I misspell things that I have to talk into the phone I can't type I can't see. but yeah I was surprised it's been 6 weeks and I bounce right back but you know why that is I believe 100% muscle memory 100% because I've done this before and bounce back just as fast but if someone's starting out new it'll take them years to get to where I am right now in a few months once your body's already there I think it remembers and it just goes back there again cuz this happened really quickly I was so surprised but anyway thanks for your comment bro

          Re: what's up?

you just have to remember that you bounce back stronger on the backside after a long break be it planned or forced. not to mention with your genetics once you are rolling and firing on all gears you will still be better than the majority of the competitors running around.
