Cranberry extract? I think that one was touted a few years ago as a kidney support supp.

N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) has been reported to protect the kidney from injury induced by contrast media, ischemia, and toxins. In all these studies, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is the surrogate marker of kidney injury and serum creatinine changes are the measured metric of GFR.

NAC was great, but I believe the FDA recently banned it.

astalingus and kidney stuff from palumbos web site will get them back into range as long as they arent to far gone. 1500 3x a day with the astra and a serving of kidney stuff before bed. once in good then drop the astra down to 500 per day. keeps mine perfect now

Great to hear your opinion Guns. I think my kidneys are all good, training with a beast and I failed on rack pulls with 4 plates a side, did it the week before but then tried twice that week and could not get one lol.
I had a pain in my side but it didn't feel like muscle so was wondering for a few days, finally ruled out kidneys thought maybe spleen but a week later it felt great again no pain and no pain lifting ever so unsure what was up. Left side below ribs.
I've been taking tudca, nac, ala and another kidney support that has astragalus so think I'll just keep plugging.
My bro recommended astragalus at like 2g a day but seems high.

2g is not high. ny gfr came back a little high and i ran it at 3g 3x a day with no issues at all. it brought my numbers back down in a month. dont go off of pain or feeling when it comes to your kidneys. go from blood work at least every 3 or 4 months. if you damage your kidneys unlike your liver they dont regenerate like your liver can. 1500 of astra is a good cheap way to keep them health and controlling your bp at all times. my step father in law was on dialisys and waited for a very long time for a transplant and he is still pretty fucked up with a new kidney. i would hate to go down that road seeing how bad off he was

I see, yes. I am due for some bloods soon not sure if Kidneys are On their but they have always been good. I was able to get a running order From my Doc but he always limits what tests I get unfortunately.
What do you recommend for on cycle just as a support of bloods are normal?

i use an all in one product from mophogene nutrition called morphoprime. i still keep the astra in as well as nialor but it covers damn near everything and i take them all year round. other than my last labs after having covid mine always come back damn good even while blasting
