  • crashed test

    guys i have a few bottles of test e250 that has crashed. this has happened to me in the past what do you do to correct this? 200deg in the oven for 10 mins or so?

    hell no man. pull off a needle and vent it first and then put it in water that is just short of boiling. be very careful or you will melt your stoppers and that in itself will cause a bunch of other issues

      Yeah buddy, if you do not vent they could explode! I always use a water bath to get crashed gear back into suspension. I leave the top of the vials about 3/4" out of the water. It will help prevent the stopper from getting soft but not prevent. I use tongs to get them out and put a little duct tape on the grabber ends so it is not metal to glass. Helps grip too. Let them cool with the pin vent in them as well.

        I used sealed boiling bags it worked very well

          I always just put it in a boiling bowl of water. Make sure the water is about 3/4 of the vial in depth.
          Boil it for a couple minutes.

          I have used the micro wave as well but not recommended.

            I do the same thing.
            Works with npp 200 as well
