you never let me know how the levels came back with the nialor btw. i am on a maint dose that is what you are using and i will get some done here in a couple weeks. i run the two bottles then go to half for 9-10 months out of the year then take a break. so i am anxious to see what they look like during prep at half the dose

I hate to admit it but I haven't had bloodwork yet. I'm due. Still on the nailor. Man that stuff is strong. Main supplements I'm taking right now besides a multivitamin is nailor and berberine. Of course some Q10 and acidophilus.

i take a bunch of stuff man but my staples pretty much all year are morphoprime from morphogen nutrition(take a look at that), nialor, krill oil and kidney stuff. i add in other things depending on what i am running at the time though
