dude, my right glute shot tuesday was a *****, had done back the day before and between being tight from training and the clen i just started, while i was pivoted around pushing plunger, my back from waist to traps on right side cramped up so bad. was like shit... breathe and relax without pulling the pin out and then finish pushing with as steady a hand as i could while my back continued to cramp, not a fun shot lol
Man I know the feeling. I've been sticking with glutes lately and I've had a few where my back cramps, or my hand starts falling asleep halfway through lol. I don't twist around as easily as I used to back in the day.
Dang, doesnt anyone else use the wall to push in the plunger on glute shots? lol....I invented that technique when my shoulders hurt to bad to reach back

ive never had any issues really other than when i shake and the pin is every where and then it really hurts... lol
LOL That's one of my problems too. My arm gets tired, or my hand starts falling asleep from me twisting all around and I end up moving the pin all around. Sore as hell the next day. I've been sticking with glutes lately though and it's been much better. Getting used to it. Feels good giving all my other sites a rest.
