daa only has an effect on older people from all the studies i have seen. it is also pretty toxic stuff also.
vit d is good for hormones but i doubt you will get much boost if you are supressed
trib ter. has been proven over and over again to be pretty much worthless. actually been proven worthless and doesnt do dick
fenugreek and ginger are most likely only going to give you inflammation reduction. not going to see any or much help with hormones unless supression is coming from inflammation issues
dhea. again another that has been proven to only work in much older people and people with an actual def in dhea.
zinc. maybe a very small boost in hormone support but it is going to be minimal at best
ashwagandha. great help for hormone support and a host of other issues that are stress related. again another thing that is going to be minimal at best.
boron. 4mg a day has been shown to boost free test levels both on and off cycle. so much so that it is recommended with hrt and actual cycles and should be stopped a couple weeks prior to having you doc do bloods because it may cause you to lose your script. i use it to help boost mine.
my best advice for someone with low t that wants to get themselves back in line would be go to the doc and get on hrt. if that's not an option then try a normal pct protocol and go from there. in reality that's about all you can do.
