      nutrition and sleep are the most important part of the equation. that's where the magic absolutely happens. doesnt matter how great your training is or intricate your cycle and supplement protocol are. without the other 2 everything else is useless and should be at the top of the priority list.

        Once you start logging everything. You will be surprised how much or little you are eating. Even log your condiments. It's not easy. It's a pain in ass but if it was easy everyone would look like guns01.

            As far as an app I have used sparkpeople you can try that but you have a hard time logging supplements there. I use pen and paper.
