  • Needing some ideas for a stack

Need some input guys, looking into a new stack to run and thinking about my old stand by (sus and eq) but dont want to put on much fat. The problem I run into is easy muscle gain comes with hard to lose fat. Wouldn't mind some input on workout plans either. Definitely like to be chest centric to lose my moobs

It's not so much the bloat as I've put on about 70 pounds in 3 years and need to cut fat lol

doesnt matter what you run point blank period. diet and cardio are the only part of the equation that is going to strip fat off. stick to the basics on every aspect and you will get where you want to be. no need to get fancy. test only and suffer

That's what I was going to say its almost all diet that dictates how lean or fat you get.

not flaming you by any means but if you are at 25% bf then i would be less concerned with dropping a little muscle. that's the walking risk of dying without even adding in the health risk of a cycle. that's for starters and that bf is way way to high.

i would start at 3k cals with a 40/30/30 pro/carb/fat and go from there. losing 1-3lbs per week would be ideal and any more than that increase cals by 300 until it slows down. if it stops then you put to much in. that's just my opinion but i would get my fat under control well before i worried about anything else. the cycle is just going to compound health issues you may see

It's less about macros than total calories. Then macros. What's your weight, training like, body fat percentage and current intake like?

Train at minimum an hour a day, not really tracking calories too much. Try to stay away from carbs other than quinoa or brown rice

You have to start logging and tracking EVERYTHING. Find out what your at and start lowering it slowly.

Is there a good app for tracking?
