I took round of cefalexin 500mg 14 days and applied Clind/Benz cream 2x day for 3 months
Had cystic acne back and forth years.
The hard ball pimples that don't really pop on chest, shoulders, neck are gone!!!

Safest thing imo

My reg Dr gave it to me.
There is a place or 2 that has both not sure if they sponsor here but European Pharma places usually have them.
I stocked Cefalex but don't use often at all.

A low 20mg doxycycline dose 2x a day is better and can be taken for a few months.
Then clind/Benz gel for as long as needed!!

Accutane is too harsh this worked for me. My issuance ran out, the gel was $$$ so will get more online but hadn't needed yet.

Online 1 month worth tube around 70$ over here was hundos with no insurance

Lucky the acne gone first time in prolly 5 years. I am 43

thanks MM. its for a friend of mine he hasnt used in years and him and wife were trying to have a kid. he got back on a cycle and he doesnt want her to know. he is taking test, deca and tren and he's surprised she doesnt know as he's have night sweats and breaking out.. just trying to help him out.. thanks for the info..

Have him stay on hcg and proviron plus Nolva he will stay fertile enough.

Anytime, acne can be hard to fight from AAS!!! Especially in 30s and 40s.
The antibiotics stop inflammation and bacteria dies off.
Once inflammation gone for long enough the cystic stuff clogged can peal off and clear.
Then pores flow again.
I take healthy hair skin and nails now and all clear!!!
