Body wash with walnut shells works great...there was a old sponsor on the other board before fog if I remember correctly....

Benzoyl peroxide is a very effective antiseptic that helps to kill the acne bacteria and reduce inflammation. I recommend for use together with oral antibiotics, and also in mild cases that don’t require antibiotics.

As said Clind/Benz Gel topical works great but takes a few months to rid the hard bumps that can start up again.
It's Clindamycin and Benzoyl peroxide. The clindamycin dose tropical is low too and doesn't give sides that oral does with killing good bacteria in gut!!

I am so impressed I will use again when it starts back up. Dr will write me script any time but without insurance atm I will have to get from Europe. But no generic was available at time insurance ran out and Pharm told me it was over 700 bucks for brand.
I didn't find out if it was temporarily no stock on generic or if not available yet.

I've never had much issue with acne from gear, but some labs stuff has caused small little bumps. I take winter green rubbing alcohol and wipe back and shoulders down good after a hot shower and it clears me right up
