    Love them and believe in them...decades of use!

    Anyone use a regimen or just like me “as needed”...?

      I just started doing sublingual. Since we cannot get vet stuff anymore it has become too expensive. I think the sublingual is not nearly as effective but keeps levels up normal.

        YOU CAN BUY INJECTIBLE B-12 ON EBAY ALL DAY LONG...NO SCRIPT NEEDED. I JUST GOT SOME. SAME BRANDS AS I USED TO BUY FROM THE VET SUPPLIERS.

          Sublingual here, I feel it's just as good if not better. Definitely matters on the brand though

                They offered them periodically at work, so I would get one every time it was available. I believe it definitely helped.

                      U do the triple B shot from time to time...cannot remember which ones are in it, but B12 and B6 are, I think.

                        how long before the feel good of B12? I took the caps and shots and I been better off with the g-string cash.

                          2-4 weeks if you are deficit. if you are not deficit you are just pissing money away regardless of the delivery method. far better off with a vit d3 supp since the vast majority of the population are way deficit in that one

                            It only gives you improvements and makes you feel better if you have a deficiency in B12, afaik.
