Fertility while on AAS?

Hey Guys,

So I just had a semen analysis done and it turns on my motility, count, and shape of sperm are all areas I need to improve on. So the first thing the doc said was to come off of test fill my clomid prescription and re-test in one month. After doing some searching I found the best combo is clomid, hcg and hmg. I have the ability to get all of those medicines but my question is has any of you men gotten your wife pregnant while on test?

In some of your expert opinions would lowering Test dose be helpful to increase sperm count OR does any amount just shut you down regardless of amount?

Any amount of exogenous testosterone is going to shut you down along with any derivatives of testosterone dbol whatever.

if you are going to keep test in, then you are also going to have to keep hcg and clomid in as well until you get your numbers good. keep adjusting the clomid and hcg dosing while checking your numbers to hit a good spot. or just drop test all together and be miserable haha

that's extremely rare. sperm count drops like Kim Kardashian's panties seeing money when you're on exogenous test. there were reports of testing in the late 80's using 600mg/week of TE as a male birth control method the sperm counts were so low.

I think if you use the HCG and clomid or nolva even on a cycle you will bump your count. The diff is that it will go back down due to the presence of exogenous test. Hell My wife came off BCP and I came off test and deca. I waited a month and started HCG and nolva. She was pregnant the following month. (I have a sneaking suspicion she stopped taking her BCP before this though)

All it takes is one strong swimmer. There are just FAR fewer while on.

Best chance to get her preggo. come off and do PCT.

I wish you and your wife the best. It can be a trying road but dont give up on having a baby. There is so much that can e done now. Fuzo and I did treatment for years with success. The second time it happened on its own, without planning it, while he was on cycle.

Thanks guys. I came off test last year for eight months and I was miserable i almost lost my job over it! Just as an experiment im going to stay on my cycle, take 100mg of pharm grade clomid and HMG and do another semen analysis in one month!

If that doesnt work ill come off of test and go the route our doctor wants us to.

That's when my wife at the time became pregnant. As soon as I started my trt, she got pregnant

I've gotten three different women pregnant while on pretty heavy Cycles.

Im now on 2000iu eod along with 50mg clomid eod. I will take another semen analysis in 70 days. Im off test completely.

My wife and I are having this discussion now too. We aren't necessarily trying to get pregnant, but would certainly welcome it if it happens. I've been on for a while, so I'd be shocked if it happens without me making some adjustments.
