What's the MOST amount of Protein you consume in ONE meal.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
Originally posted by THE BOUNCER lol, how much do you really think that helps bro? it's purely genetic. some people can only digest like 20g per meal while other can digest 50-60. of cource AAS also help. you guys that are eating 65-80 grams per meal are just waisting the protein IMO.

This was posted my Mike P.T. quite a while back, maybe he can shed some light on it.
"How to Eat more protein
The thing that I have found that works so that you can digest more protein (say 80+ grams per meal) is GINGER ROOT. It has 180 times the protein digesting power of papaya.
I recently added 500-1000mg of ginger root right before each meal- digestion has NEVER been better."
Yeah I did post it good memory bro. But I got that from macrophage69alpha. It's in the elite journals area. I never tried ginger root but alot of guys swear by it. Alot definately depends on genetics, and steroids as well.

Wait and you're not taking the most basic of all supplements, a multi-vitamin-mineral which IMO, next to protein is the most important supplement you can take.
Well you probably take it but don't count it as a supplement yes?
