    what do you do what it gets so tough to poke yourself in the area you have been doing for years

    I have always hit quads, but hate to do it there now. So much scar tissue its hard to inject the oil in that area. ALWAYS sore for a few days too.

      Just bare down and don't think about it too much ,I get it done as fast as I can and hope for the best

        I rotate sites a lot so don't have that problem yet thank goodness

          Once a spot gets too difficult to hit, I'll usually rotate somewhere else and give it a rest for a few months or so. Always feels like massaging that area helps too.

            change sites. glute shots are like going through leather on me.

              rotate and if needed use less MG per site. I have done 1/2cc of test in side and rear delts on both shoulders many times on the same day just to keep volume of oil down

                I hit side delts and glutes and thats it. Ive never used any other sites. For like 25 years. So far no problems. But I dont do that many shots anyway

                  I remember hitting a nerve in my leg once and it caused a dent in the muscle, after a few months it went away.

                    Glutes are bad. Tons of scar tissue. Thats all I used to pin. Now I stick to shoulders. I need to learn to hit quads.

                      Worst was when I thought oil would help add size to my calfs. I did 1cc in each calf muscle every other day 4cc total. got nothing out of it other then walking funny everyday. One place I never used is bies.
