It went good I was all prepared for tear wrenching pain. Doc got started and he had been going for about 10 minutes and their was only some discomfort so I'm like hey man I thought I was going to be crying like a *****. He's like don't you feel that grinding feeling. It feels like I'm dragging my tools down a dirt road. So if your in as bad as shape ad me I guess it's not going to hurt for a visit or too. Where he did work does feel like it's been through a hell of a workout just like he said it would. He also said that it's important not to do to much damage at once.
