What body part do you often shoot in and do you rotate. And what methods do you do to try and break it up .ive got some hard spots and it seems like ,mAN how much longer can I keep shooting in this area

deep tissue and graston are great methods at breaking up scare tissue. iastm is also a form of graston that massage therapist do and is the same principles. both graston and iastm are techniques used to break up scar tissue. i highly encourage it for both pain free training and what you are asking as wellTGBSupplements REP

My first graston appt in the morning. Very excited. Looking for sciatic relief and range of motion myself will keep you guys updated. I made my mom an appt too. Maybe I can get everyone to allow me to record some of it unless I'm crying like a little girl. Lol.
