What's happening Fitness Geared? Happy to be here. Looking forward to being part of the community. Not new to boards. Senior member at OLM, Senior Member at JM, Vet at P-M, and Vet at BOP. I go by BigPapa on most of these boards but looks like someone is already using that name here. Seen some familiar names from the different boards I go to everyday. So these guys can vouch for a brother. I like to keep it real first and foremost and say what is on my mind. Here is a little about a brother. Been training for 10+ years and have a few cycles under my belt 
. Always down with helping a brother out if I can. And I will also be the first one to tell you " I don't know everything " so always willing to learn more. By the way... I can't stand a know it all!!
