Thanks for all the welcomes everyone. Sorry I haven't posted an intro yet, but I've been slammed with work and buying a house, kids, ect.. I have looked around through the site though, and it looks like a friendly supportive board with some knowledge and experienced members. As things settle down for me I will be around more. I have been training on and off sense I was 16. 1st cycle was at 37. I have some to offer, but more to learn. Off to church so I'll try and chime in later. Hope all is good with everyone.
