Thanks everyone for the welcome! Glad to be here! I am pretty familiar with several of you from other boards, and also because MM is so involved with FG. Just a little about myself...I am a mom, work home health as a RN and I am very interested in health and fitness. I have been working out with MM for about 2 years now. I'm not where I want to be yet because my diet suffers. I have to get more creative with it because I am always on the road for work. Any input would be appreciated on that subject. (I should probably start a different thread for that) But again, thanks for having me, and I hope to learn and/or contribute to this board!
