                thx for the welcome! very nice board. looking forward to contributing what I can to the site.

                a little background:

                I'm 34 been lifting since was 15.

                I consider myself a non-competitive bber. Or is that an oxymoron? lol.

                I enjoy training a lot. that is my passion, it's what I live for, it's my life. some say its an addiction or i have OCD. I call it dedication. But in reality I'm sure it a little of each. lol.

                I don't and never will judge people on their politics and I hope you all do the same for me. :-)

                I'm a big hockey and football fan. played both when I was younger.
