    Hello to all

    Hello
    I read about this this place on another forum and signed up, i am excited to be here. I am 36 yrs old, Male, 195lbs and about 12% bf, right now i am cutting and i have been working on and off for about 15 years but back in hard for about 4 years and sticking with it since i am getting old lol and dont want to be that old fat man. I am military, proud to serve. I am looking forward on chatting with everybody.
