            Looks like an awesome forum. Im just getting started in the chemical world. I heard of this board from unclem on ASF/Imag forums and decided to check it out.

            any way heres my stats

            30 yrs old
            265 lbs
            23%bf
            6'1/2" tall
            lifting and working out for two years, seriously for about 6 months.

            I recently came from being 331 lbs down to 250, started lifting and went up to 265 wile bf went down a little. Now Im looking into dieting, like keto/low carb/carb cycling diets and doing my research. My fat loss has come to what I feel is a slow hault, due to the fact I lost all my weight in a couple of months on a 60 day fresh juice fast (no food). Yeah its crazy but I was crazy obese too. anyways I hope to make some good friends here and keep pushing my self too.
