To All the guys and gals who welcomed me Thank you, many familiar faces out there.

To the many who may not recognize me I'm been on a couple other boards for awhile and have learned a lot thanks to great sites like FItness Geared. Reading through some posts,articles it's very apparent FG is a tight knit community and I hope to be able to contribute as much possible. Myself- early 30's, hovering around 200lbs, and like a lot of folks began working out in high school but didn't take it so serious until 6-7 yrs ago. I eat fairly clean, have a wonderfully supportive wife who is as driven as I am in all aspects of life. Had good intentions of competing in BB this past year but that did not come about do to some "family" issues but know that 2013 will be my year to finally following through with this. I Absoultely love to train, there's not much else that gives me the escape or reward quite like it. It's like a drug and even on off days I feel almost guilty lol. Anyhow thank you to everyone for having me and look forward to being a contributing member on FG, now it's morning time the gym is quite and open so time to go wake up the iron.
