Hi, everyone.
I kinda stumbled onto here looking for someone and like what I see.
I'm an older guy, been around since Usenet (misc.fitness.weights anyone?) under various names, but have stuck with Pig Vomit for many, many years (3 decades? Geez!). I used to be widely recognized when the community was much smaller than it is today, but now I'm just another guy (which is kinda nice) due to laying low for a long time. Some long-time vets with good reps will know me, but most of you will not. I've only seen one person on this board whose name I recognize.....hoping to reconnect with old friends but we'll see how that goes.
The last few years I've mostly been a member of private boards, but the posting activity is a little low. Looking for some tips and ready to give advice, but seems like there are so many experts out there whose knowledge now eclipses my own that I feel a little out of touch. I had to abstain from the more powerful types of supplements for 17 years due to a career choice, but I'm now retired and have been dabbling with reasonable amounts of tried and true supplements trying to get some of my old size back and doing a pretty good job of it, especially for an older guy.
