Hi I want to introduce Myself ,I am 62 yrs been on TRT for 10 yrs ,and been an ATHLETE all my life ,travelled all over the Globe lived in many different countries came to USA in the eighties ,I was born in IRELAND but became a US CITIZEN as soon as I could ,I AM PATRIOTIC TO THE CORE ...DONT FUCK WITH THE U.S...I love our BODY BUILDING community and even though Ive been working out for over 40 yrs Im still learning and that what is so AMAZING ,Im Humbled to here and I hope to be able to learn and put my input (for what its worth )

I will never quit. My nation expects me to be physically harder and mentally stronger than my enemies. If knocked down i will get back up, every time. I will draw on every remaining ounce of strength to protect my teammates and to accomplish our mission. I am never out of the fight.
