I've been on trt for 5 years, took me 10 years to find there is no magic pill and if you want to see results you need a CONSISTENT diet.
I believe in eating real foods, carbs in moderation and sugar breeds cancer.

I dont believe in over training but under recovering.

My only downfall is that I'm a crossfitter. LOL SUPRISE!!! However I'm not a dick like some are, I know when to push my limits and I know when to shut it down. I've heard all the jokes and I think they are funny. I'll never knock anyone in the fitness industry no matter what it is. Crossfit has been working for me, helping me to rebuild my self esteem and confidence in myself. With that being said CrossFit doesn't give me the Aesthetics that I'm going for so I also just started going into the gym lifting weights to isolate different muscle groups.

Much respect to you guys hitting the gym everyday, eating right and staying on track. I have a 3 month cycle I do good for and I fall back off then back on.

I was a 62 Echo and e-5 Fort Leonard Wood

I like running 5Ks, mud runs ect...

Your children will mimic everything you do make sure you set good examples...

Anything else just ask...
