ok, i know i know i am a rep for the company but that doesnt matter. so i shoot tgb an email about a product that i use and they dont carry. get a response within a short period of time that they will look into it for me. got another response later in the day, they can get it and will pick it up for me. so in one week, tgb got a product that they dont normally carry and have it ready to be shipped for me. now that's some fantastic customer service with a quickness as well. if you havent given them a try or dont see something you like and use, shoot them an email or a quick phone call. they will def get you taken care of
