Woke up rested and stayed pumped all day uped the slin by 2 iu today kept vitargo at80 g ISO @ 100g felt like my legs were gonna split open when I did squats today still pumped this is the longest pump I have ever had I'm in love feel like I'm 20 agin

hey mm, may want to think about dropping the slin on off days. here is my thinking and what i have seen personally in the past. 1-you are pushing slin into the body which keeps the panreas from having to work for a period of time. so on non training days it will spike it to work on its own and not suppress it further 2- we use slin to force nutrients into muscles that we are training even further so no training no further forcing of nutrients into the muscle. now i realize that you can aid in recovery but i am thinking giving the ol pancrease a little break on off days could be a plus. now i am not backing any of this off of actual science but more so off of my opinion and what i have done in the past

I feel ya gunns I don't take it on off days normally I just wanted to push some extra creatine and alanine in today

Am workout 14 iu slin 80 g vitargo 100 g whey ISO 15 g creatine 10 g beta alanine feeling great after workout and carb mix had a hard time sleeping too much on my mind so I just went on to the gym up 2 more lbs this week

Super bad back pumps during Deads today a hour later and I am still limping my boday has changed so much in the past 30 days I'm thicker swole all day and my forearms everywhere I go someone has to say how big they look so the slin and vitargo are now my go to with bulking cycles love the stuff
