Ok before I take my does the last 3 days have been quite wonderful with this product.No blood pressure issues as I usual get issues.And yes I hsve some mean ass pumps.Im drinking alot of water a day taking it as directed and in 3 days ive noticed as Guns has the pumps are crazy.So far so good.

Did legs yesterday and for the first time my legs were sop pumped.I start of with standing hamstrings raises the another hamstring machine,then a laying down hamstring machine and after all 3 exercises for my hammys totaly wiped out in that department.My hams were crazy pumped and dead,lol after that.Now I had to do leg raises for my quads that was tough because I exhausted my hammys so much but thats what I usual do anyway but the beastdrol just shocked the shit out of them.Now after my leg raises which I couldnt go as heavy as I usual do because of the hams pump I did leg presses and by the 3rd set my legs were done.Another fantastic day on beastdrol

MARCH 15 did back today.I did 7 different exercises for my back and everyone of those I had a great strength day in pushing pulling weight.Im getting stronger and love it. I even have a busted or jammed pinky finger and still did what I needed to do.

my back I do 4 hammer strength machines,then go to close grip pull downs,then go with sit down pulleys for my lats.then I grab these 2 machines I dont know what there called but do average weight and rep the shit out of it for sets of 3 each.Back pumped Im tired as fuk and need to rest after words,lol ansd go home

Did my triceps today.rope pull down,2 different types of bar push down,2 hammer strenght machines for triceps and dips.All my lifts are extremely going up in weight.And I can keep saying it Im old,lol and havent had pumps in years like Im having now.Another good beast log day.I do abouty 5 sets for each exercise

3-18-2014 Did chest yesterday started out on the incline smith machine,135 x 10 225 x 10 315 x 10 455 x 2 now I have been at a flat line with this weight 455 only get it once all the time well I got it twice and was a happy man.went back down to 365 x 10 315 x 20 done with upper chest.Went and did flat bench.135x10 225x10 went to 405 x 8 then I was donme. Did my cables for my chest,did my dipos and thats all she wrote Im out.Chest day was a great day.The beastDrol did it again for me.Very happy.

went out of town so a few days of not working out so ill go baCk a few.

LEG DAY I USUALY START WITH HAMSTRINGS.I DO 2 STANDING UP EXERCISE FOR MY HAMS WHICH ON THIS DAY I ADDED 2 45LB PLATES TO THIS MACHINE FELT VERY STRONG. THE 2ND MACHINE YOU LEAN OVER A BIT FOR YOUR HAMS AND ADDED 1 45 SO MY HAMS WERE VERY STRONG.THEN I GO TO LEG EXTENSIONS.I WRAP MY KNEES DUE TO OLD AGE.I PYRAMID UP AND DOWN ADDED A PLATE TO DO THE ENTIRE STACK.QUADS WERE FEELING GOOD.THEN I GO TO THE LEG PRESS WHICH I THEN DO 5-6 SETS OF 25 REPS JUST TO KILL THEM.SO THE BEASTDROL DID ITS DUTY.VERY PLEASED

TODAY WAS CHEST AND I STARTED WITH FLAT BENCH THIS TIME INSTEAD ON INCLINE.WARM UP THEN WENT UP TO 405 FOR 8 FELT GOOD,WENT DOWN DID 315 FOR 25 THEN PUT MY SLING SHOT ON AND DID 80 REPS WITH 225 THAT SLING SHOT IS A GODS GIFT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BUILD THERE CHEST AND NOT HAVE ANY SHOULDER OR TRICEP PROBLEMS. HIT THE INCLINE 135 225 315 365 ALL 8 REPS I WAS DONE.THEN HIT THE CVABLE CROSS OVERS AND THEN SOME DIPS AND CALLED IT A DAY.THE BEASTDROL IS IN ME
