From Louie Simmons- It was a sad day to hear the passing of Chris Moore. A close friend and a Westsider. He was constantly trying to become as strong as possible, and to learn the true aspects of strength training.
He frequently visited at Westside, meeting me for breakfast at Bob Evans. The last time I saw Chris was with the Barbell Shrugged group. How someone can be so educated, dedicated and conscious of his heart in the last few years and still leave us so young.

I don't know him but may peace be with him. Why is everyone dying of a heart problem all of a sudden, especially us "healthier" and "better fit" folks ?
